SMS Alerts: Customers of the bank can receive SMS Alerts automatically:
When customer account is Debited / Credited for more than Rs.5000/- or as per customer request for amount greater than Rs.5000/-.
When a cheque issued by customer is dishonored for want of funds.
When the balance in customer's account becomes below the minimum balance level on account of certain debit transactions, an alert will go to customer to fund the account.
Alerts informing the customer about maturity of his fixed deposit. This alert will be sent seven days before the maturity date.

Just Send SMS in predefined format to 99675-33228
To avail SMS Enquiry related services,
Customer has to submit the Application form to CBS branch with details of account and Mobile Number.
Customer will receive PIN within 5 working days, which is a 4-digit number.
Customer has to acknowledge receipt of PIN, which will be activated by branch.
The predefined format for the SMS Messages for various enquiries is given below:
